I have been a TPM for a long time. Like anyone in this (IT) field, I have also witnessed this rapid evolution of technology firsthand, along with emergence of numerous tools and techniques. With AI becoming an integral part of our lives, it is naturally reshaping Project Management strategies also, in particular Agile Methodology. Agile has long been a foundation of fast-paced, iterative development, enabling teams to deliver value efficiently. However, as projects grow in complexity, the need for faster decision-making increases, AI is transforming Agile by introducing automation, enhancing decision-making, and providing deeper insights, allowing teams to optimize their workflows like never before. Intelligent Backlog Management – AI-driven tools analyze historical data, user feedback, & business priorities to suggest backlog refinements. This helps reduce manual effort, allows product owners to focus on strategic planning rather than routine prioritization
AI-Driven QA & Testing – Automated testing powered by AI accelerates quality assurance cycles, identifies patterns in test failures, and predicts areas that might require additional focus. This leads to faster, more reliable releases
